ประกาศแต่งตั้งรักษาการผู้อำนวยการมูลนิธิผสานวัฒนธรรม (CrCF)

มูลนิธิผสานวัฒนธรรม (CrCF) มีความยินดีอย่างยิ่งที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบว่า นางสาวณัฐธยาน์ ลิขิตเดชาโรจน์ ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรักษาการผู้อำนวยการ โดยมีผลในวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2569

นางสาวณัฐธยาน์จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบดูแลด้านยุทธศาสตร์องค์กรและการบริหารงานภายในองค์กรในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านนี้ ด้วยประสบการณ์ด้านการรณรงค์และสื่อสารในประเด็นสิทธิมนุษยชน รวมทั้งการบริหารจัดการด้านการสื่อสารองค์กร นางสาวณัฐธยาน์จะใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญที่มีในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจหลักของมูลนิธิผสานวัฒนธรรม อันได้แก่ การเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมของผู้เสียหายจากความรุนแรงโดยรัฐ การปกป้องสิทธิมนุษยชน และการยุติความรุนแรงโดยรัฐ

ภายใต้การนำของนางสาวณัฐธยาน์ มูลนิธิผสานวัฒนธรรมจะยังคงทำงานเพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้เสียหายจากการทรมาน การบังคับสูญหาย และความรุนแรงโดยรัฐในรูปแบบอื่นๆ รวมทั้งรณรงค์เพื่อการปฏิรูปกฎหมายอย่างเป็นระบบ และขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทั้งในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ

“ในห้วงเวลาที่โลกเต็มไปด้วยการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนและองค์กรภาคประชาสังคมทั่วโลกกำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายหลายประการ การได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นรักษาการผู้อำนวยการมูลนิธิผสานวัฒนธรรมได้เปิดโอกาสสำคัญให้ดิฉันได้เรียนรู้ประเด็นสิทธิมนุษยชนที่กว้างขวางและลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้น รวมทั้งในแง่การบริหารงานองค์กรภาคประชาสังคม ที่ไม่เพียงแต่ต้องทำงานขับเคลื่อนเพื่อสิทธิของคนในสังคมเท่านั้น แต่ยังต้องวางรากฐานที่แข็งแกร่งและพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักปกป้องสิทธิมนุษยชนในองค์กร ให้สามารถยืนระยะต่อสู้เพื่อสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างสร้างสรรค์และยั่งยืนด้วย” ณัฐธยาน์กล่าว

Appointment of Acting Director, Cross-Cultural Foundation (CrCF)

The Cross Cultural Foundation (CrCF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nattaya Likitdecharoj as Acting Director, effective September 1, 2026.

​In this role, Ms. Nattaya will oversee organizational strategy and executive operations during this transitional period. Leveraging her expertise in human rights advocacy, public communication, and corporate communications management, she will drive CrCF’s core mission: securing access to justice for victims of state violence, safeguarding human rights, and ending state-sponsored violence.

​Under Ms. Nattaya’s leadership, CrCF remains steadfast in its dedication to serving victims of torture, enforced disappearance, and other forms of state violence, while actively advocating for systemic legal reform and expanding collaborative partnerships both nationally and internationally.
