Yapha Kaseng
Yapha Kaseng (Imam Yapha) was arrested on March 19, 2008 after police and soldiers led their forces to surround and raid Kotor Village, Rueso District, Narathiwat Province, Yapa was detained with six others as suspects under martial law. And taken to custody at Narathiwat Special Task Force 39, located in Suan Tham Temple, Rueso District, by using a 6-wheel truck which is the car to detain the accused of the Rueso Police Station, to detain Mr. Yapha and the person there were 7 suspects. During which Mr. Yapha was taken into custody on March 20, 2008 at night until March 21, 2008, military officials took Yapha to question several times. Later on March 21, 2008, Yapha died in that control room.
