Sulkiplee Sika

Sulkiplee Sika, a villager in Narathiwat Province, was arrested by Special Task Force 30 in Rueso District, Narathiwat Province and detained under the Martial Law Act at the 46th Ranger Regiment without his relatives being allowed to visit on the first day of detention and later learned that Mr. Sulkiplee was severely beaten by the officials, causing Mr. Sulkiplee to lose consciousness. His relatives therefore filed a complaint to the NHRCT and ISOC Region 4 front to verify the facts.
