Somchay Nilapaijit
Somchai Neelaphaijit is a lawyer and a Thai Muslim human rights activist who "disappeared" on March 12, 2004 during the Thaksin Shinawatra government. On that day, Somchai was last seen in Ramkhamhaeng by four men drag him into the car and no one saw him again. Five officers are forced to investigate Somchai's case and was acquitted in 2015. The following year the DSI closed the case. After 12 years of investigation without results, the cause of Somchai Neelapaijit's death has not yet been explained.
