Pattara Kachana

May 2, 2021 Pattara Kachana sells used shirts and books at a rally demanding the return of bail for political prisoners of the Liberated Youth Group (REDEM), he is charged with violating the emergency decree and the Bangkok Northern District Court allowed Pattara to be detained for 6 days, but he was released on bail. Pattara denied all allegations as well as confirming that he went to sell second-hand shirts and books, which was his right to do so It is a fundamental right protected by the constitutional law.
