Malusi Matiyao

Mr Malusi Matiyo was arrested in June 2008 and was subsequently charged with 5 serious charges for the same offense he had been arrested in July 2007 which was arrested at that time The investigating officer saw that he should order not to prosecute because the accused has shown clear evidence until it was believed that the accused in this case had nothing to do with the 5 crimes mentioned above and ordered his release on September 7, 2007, but almost a year had passed. The prosecutor again ordered all 5 cases against Mr. Malusi.
