Makoseng Lasae

On August 20, 2012, rangers were informed that a group of violent perpetrators was hiding at Ban U Yong Sueng, Village No. 6, Baro Sub-district, Yaha District, Yala Province. At that time Makorseng and his friends went out to collect rubber pellets in a rubber plantation that was surrounded by rangers and was shot and killed by a ranger officer. According to the autopsy report, Magoseng died from various types of bullets fired by rangers. The military alleges that Magoseng used a firearm to shoot the officers, but the court still does not believe that Magoseng fired the officers.
