Where is the 18th Tak Bai Massacre Memorial Event held?

The Tak Bai Massacre A month during which no one will pretend to forget the tragic incident.  When the Thai state forces its citizens to forget, more and more people attempt to recall. This is the 18th year of the Tak Bai Massacre, a catastrophic incident that results in the deaths of victims of atrocities and the impunity of the state and state authorities who do not value human beings as equals.  Where can we together strive to remember the Tak Bai incident this year?
