Worachart and Pornpen submitted petition letters to the Attorney General and the Dusit District Court

Today (22 July 2022) Worachart and Pornpen submitted petition letters to the Attorney General and the Dusit District Court, calling the office to withdraw the charge against them and demanding the court to conduct preliminary examination.

“The appeals are not just for the two of us not to be easily accused in political cases, but to set the new norm for other criminal cases under Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-ocha’s tenure” said Pornpen.
